With this victory, Mumbai has moved up to second place on the points table.
Chasing a target of 216 runs, Lucknow was bowled out for just 161 runs in 20 overs.
For Lucknow, Ayush Bodhani scored the highest with 35 runs.
Bumrah took 4 wickets and Boult claimed 3 for Mumbai.
Earlier, Mumbai Indians had posted 215 runs for the loss of 7 wickets, powered by half-centuries from openers Ryan Rickelton and Suryakumar Yadav.
Lucknow had won the toss and opted to field first.
Opener Rohit Sharma, who has been in good form recently, was dismissed for just 12 runs.
Ryan Rickelton top-scored with 58 runs, while Suryakumar Yadav contributed 54.
Ryan hit 6 fours and 4 sixes off 32 balls, while Suryakumar smashed 4 fours and 4 sixes off just 28 balls.
Will Jacks added 29 runs, Naman Dhir scored 25, and Corbin Bosch chipped in with 20 runs.
For Lucknow, Mayank Yadav and Avesh Khan each took 2 wickets, while Prince Yadav, Digvijay Rathore, and Ravi Bishnoi claimed one wicket apiece.
With this win, Mumbai now has 12 points, while Lucknow remains in sixth place with 10 points.
